Meet The Author
Marie struggled with unexplained reactions to foods for most of her life. After years of tests and no answers from Doctors, an acute episode of vasculitis triggered her to finally take her health into her own hands.
A Masters degree in nutrition, several functional medicine tests and a new way of eating and life helped her to finally feel in control of her body. It changed her life.
Now she is on a mission to change the lives of those struggling with unexplained intolerances and reactions. Her work combines nutritional, mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy principles to help her clients get to the bottom of their symptoms and regain control of their bodies - and lives.
Marie is a registered, BANT and DET certified nutritional therapy practitioner. She also has a degree in cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness based stress reduction techniques.
